I think the style could be described as brutalist architecture meets modern urban art.
You described the “Where in Norwood is This?” from last month as being the Church Street Reserve. This should be the Church Avenue. reserve.
As I used to live in Church AvenueI should have got this one.
I’d often drive or walk past the reserve but it looks very different from the road than it does when you enter into the eastern section of the reserve.
