“A Perfect Storm” – Balancing planning, development, traffic and residents’ concerns

Welcome by MC
- First speaker – Mr Carlos Buzzetti, GM Planning and Environment, NPSP. Carlos will give an overview of the new planning System and how it is impacting on NSPS. He will expand on the NPSP’s sphere of influence on the new system and if there are any lingering uncertainties. (10 minutes)
- Second speaker – State Planning Commission representative – will provide an overview of why the new planning system has been implemented and what outcomes are expected.
- Third speaker – Cr Anne Moran, Adelaide City Council. Anne will give her perspective on the planning system and how it is affecting the City of Adelaide. Possibly can discuss how her city is managing on-street parking and how different users are prioritised.
8:30 – MC moderates questions to the panel from the audience
